ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЛЕГІТИМАЦІЇ ЕЛІТНОГО ПОЛІТИЧНОГО ІНСТИТУТУ
Анотація
Досліджено особливості легітимації елітного полі-
тичного інституту. Процеси легітимації даного інституту
виступають складовою частиною успішності політичної
діяльності, спрямованої на здійснення змістовно-якісних
перетворень та модернізації політичної системи загалом.
Вони реалізуються на рівні засвоєння норм та правил вну-
трішньоелітної взаємодії, діяльності за наявними алго-
ритмами, що враховують традиції та новації. Це сприяє
формуванню відповідного символічного сприйняття еліти
та її впливу на функціонування політичної системи. Ви-
значено фактори впливу на процеси легітимації: просто-
рово-часові характеристики, делегітимація попередніх
владних суб’єктів, норми та принципи взаємодії, суб’єкти
легітимації та їх позиції в політичному просторі, техноло-
гії та ресурси здійснення легітимації. У ході легітимації
відбувається формування в масовій свідомості стійких пе-
реконань відносно доцільності здійснюваної елітою полі-
тичної діяльності, необхідності активізації ресурсів для її
підтримки та суспільне визнання ефективності.
The peculiarities of legitimation of the elite political in-
stitute were studied. The processes of legitimation of this
institute are part of the successful political activity aimed
at the implementation of meaningful and qualitative trans-
formations and modernization of the political system in
general. They are implemented at the level of adoption of
the norms and rules of the intra-elite interaction, activity
by the existing algorithms that take into account traditions
and innovations. It contributes to the formation of the ap-
propriate symbolic perception of the elite and its influence
on the functioning of the political system. The factors of
the influence on the processes of legitimation were deter-
mined: spatial and temporal characteristics, delegitimation
of the previous government entities, norms and principles
of interaction, subjects of legitimation and their positions
in the political space, technologies and resources of the im-
plementation of legitimation. During the process of legit-
imation there occur the formation of the stable beliefs in
the mass consciousness concerning the appropriateness of
the political activity, carried out by the elite, need for ac-
tivation of resources for its support and public recognition
of effectiveness.
