ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНІ АСПЕКТИ ОБРАЗУ ДЕРЖАВИ НА СУЧАСНОМУ ЕТАПІ
Анотація
Розглядаються особливості функціонування об-
разу держави в умовах глобального інформаційного
простору. Образ держави складається з конгруентних
динамічних елементів, що визначають його дієвість,
виконує низку суспільно-політичних функцій та може
виступати інструментом внутрішньо- і зовнішньополі-
тичних стратегій держави. На нашу думку, на сучасно-
му етапі найважливішими функціями образу держави
є інформаційна, статусно-репутаційна, маніпулятив-
на і захисна. Посилення транспарентності і взаємоза-
лежності держав, вразливість їх інформаційного се-
редовища по відношенню до зовнішніх деструктивних
впливів, перетворення інформації на стратегічний па-
бліцитний капітал зумовили значимість досліджень
специфіки сприйняття і поширення образів в епоху
цифрових технологій. Важливим є зростання ролі та
впливу позаінституційних недержавних суб’єктів на
міжнародний образ держави. Реалізація довгостроко-
вих іміджевих програм із просування образу держави
в глобальному інформаційному просторі визначає її
здатність забезпечувати національну безпеку в умовах
ведення інформаційних воєн.
The article is to consider the peculiarities of the image
of the state in a global information environment. The image
of the state consists of congruent dynamic elements that de-
termine its efficiency, has a number of social and political
functions and can be a tool for internal and foreign policies
of the state. We believe that at this stage the most important
functions of the state is the image information, status and
reputation, manipulative and protective. Increased trans-
parency and interdependence of states, their vulnerability
to external information environment destructive influences
the transformation of information into a strategic capital
led research the specific importance of perception and im-
age distribution in the digital age. It is important to increase
the role and impact of non-institutional non-state actors on
the international image of the state. The implementation of
long-term image programs promoting the image of the state
in the global information space determines its ability to en-
sure national security in conditions of information warfare.
