Issue 11 of the Scientific Electronic Edition of S.P.A.C.E. Society, Politics, Administration in Central Europe is dedicated to the pressing issues of the social and political sciences. The problem of the mutual influence of presidential election campaigns and the choice of Ukraine's foreign policy has been investigated. Political ideology is considered as a factor in the formation of the party system of Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of programs of political parties of Ukraine. Parliamentary discourse is analyzed as a component of political discourse and its transformation at the present stage of political development is noted. There are logical connections between the conventionality of truth and sophistry in political discourse. The metaphysical features of power within the limits of classical philosophical discourse are considered.
